How It Works
Simply stretch the scrunchie over the top of your glass or cup as a protective cover.
When you're finished, slip the waterproof cover and silicone straw back into the scrunchie. It's that simple - and that powerful.
Size & Fit
Fits standard wine glasses, cocktail glasses, highball glasses, cups, and most standard festival cups.
Approximately 8 cm in diameter (relaxed) with strong stretch capacity.

Crafted from polycotton over a strong elastic core.

Colour retention - Holds colour vibrantly over time, which matters a lot for an accessory that's as much about aesthetics as function.
Minimal snagging - The tighter weave typical of polycotton blends means it's less likely to catch and pull on fine or delicate hair strands compared to looser fabrics.

Machine washable or hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with mild soap or gentle detergent.

We want you to love your Drinkerbell. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right, quickly and without hassle.
Conditions for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, as per the following:
Items must be unused and in its original condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Items cannot be returned if items are used or not in their original condition, items are returned more than 14 days after delivery, custom-branded or personalised orders, or items purchased during a clearance or final sale promotion.
Reason's for Return
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@drinkerbell.co.za.
• Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, including return courier costs where applicable.
We offer exchanges for a different design or product of equal value, subject to stock availability.
• Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
• If the replacement item is of a higher value, the difference will need to be paid before dispatch.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at orders@drinkerbell.co.za with your name, order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Step 2: Wait for our team to review and approve your return request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Step 3: Once approved, securely package the item and courier it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange within 5–7 business days.
For change-of-mind exchanges, the cost of returning the item to us is for your account.
For defective or incorrect items, Drinkerbell will cover return courier costs.
All orders are shipped via reputable courier services, to ensure safe, trackable delivery across South Africa.
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be process on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Etimated delivery times for main centres is 2-3 working days or 5 days for outlying areas.
Delivery fee is calculated at checkout. Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders or promotional periods. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.
It is your responsibilty to ensure that a correct and complete delivery address is given. In the event of a delivery fail due to incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply. Drinkerbell is not liabale for lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery.
